Being the largest country in South America, its geographical features are so rich that one  with a long visit in the country, can explore rainforests, wetlands, mountains and of course the beautiful Amazon River and rainforest. The first think that people associate with Brazil is the Amazon rainforest, however if we have a deeper knowledge about the topic, we know that is it just one of many natural wonders that can be found in Brazil.  It covers over 1 million hectares with a diversity of flora and fauna. Being a popular tourist destination is a perfect place to try as many outdoor exotic activities as possible, for ex jungle trekking, dolphin watching, alligator spotting and more. Being a very important ecological place, Pantanal wetland is a paradise of specific animals such as the man-eating piranha, the jaguar, toucans, Capucin and Howler monkeys, anacondas, caimans and tapirs. It hosts hundreds of fish species and other sea creatures, thousand of varieties of butterflies, flowers. It is often mentioned as being the world’s largest freshwater wetland system that crosses Brazil, Bolivia and Paraguay. Involving 21 islands  Fernando de Noronha National Park is a tropical paradise in the Atlantic Ocean. Its beaches appear on the top list of the best beaches of Brazil. Its crystal clear water is ideal for diving and snorkeling, however boat tours, dolphin watching, kayak tours, surfing, buggy rides are among the favorite tourist activities. If you plan a tour in Fernando de Noronha, bare in mind that the rainy season lasts no less than around half a year from April to September so plan your holiday according to this fact.

Also known as the Guanabara Bay, it was created by erosion from the Atlantic Ocean. Surrounded by granite monolith mountains and formations, is regarded as the largest bay in the world based on volume of water. There are 3 major islands: Governor’s island, Fundao and Snakes Island which welcomes visitors. The most convenient way to see the Harbor, if you get above it, with a helicopter or a hang glider. Also a more common way if you climb on the top of the surrounding peaks where you can get excellent panoramic view.
